The Metal Cap contains a Standard Grade Plastisol Liner suitable for Hot Fill and Water Bath Processing when used on glass jars.  Plastisol liners will create an airtight seal when heated and then cooled during processing. These liners are acid resistant, making them a perfect option for food products like Jams, Honey, Condiments and Sauces.
