The metal cap features a plastisol liner and is the perfect screw cap for a variety of containers featuring a 70-400 neck size, including our 8oz Amber Glass Jar and 8oz Clear Glass Jar.   Cap will also fit on a wide variety of plastic jars with 70-400 necks.   

The Metal Cap contains a Standard Grade Plastisol Liner suitable for Hot Fill and Water Bath Processing when used on glass bottles.  Plastisol liners will creates an airtight seal when heated and then cooled during processing. These liners are acid resistant, making them a perfect option for  food products like Jams, Honey, Condiments and Sauces.
