At Voyageur Soap & Candle, we want you to be fully satisfied with your crafting supplies. If your order isn't quite right, you can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase for a refund or store credit.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original, sealed packaging and were purchased within the last 30 days. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, certain raw ingredients and fragrances cannot be returned.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions.
Pack and Ship
Carefully package your items to prevent leaking or damage during transit, clearly mark your RA number on the outside of the box, and ship it back to our warehouse using a tracked carrier.
Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit, typically within 5-7 business days.
